Account Creation

What do I need to use HeyJob?

You can start using the service simply by registering your company email address and contact information. There are no initial costs. If you would like to start using the service, please contact your sales representative or contact us via the support page on the administration screen.

I can’t log in.

Please reset your password by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link. A reset URL will be sent to your registered email address.

Can multiple people share an account?

For security reasons, we do not recommend sharing accounts. Please create an account for each person in charge from the Add Member menu on the administration screen.

Company Information & Settings

What if I want to change my company name?

You can change this from the “Company Information Settings” on the admin screen. Changes will be reflected immediately.

I want to add a contact person.

You can add new members from the “Member Management” menu. Permissions can also be set on the same screen.

Pricing Plans

Where can I see the current pricing plans?

After logging in to the administration screen, you can check this from the “Company Information Settings” menu on the left.

How can I pay?

Only bank transfer is available.

When will the invoice be issued?

The report will be sent to your registered email address in PDF format by the 10th of the following month, closing at the end of the month.

Is there a free trial?

First-time registered companies can use all HeyJob features for free for two months (there is a limit on the number of interviews).

AI Interview Settings

Can I change the questions asked in the AI ​​interview?

You can freely add or delete questions based on the preset content displayed at the time of installation.
*However, if you set questions that are completely unrelated to the job type, they may not be reflected in the evaluation.

How long does the interview take?

Depending on the number of questions you set, the test takes an average of 15-30 minutes to complete, including the candidate’s response time.

How is the AI ​​interview URL issued?

Once you register a job, a button that allows you to issue a URL will appear on the “Job List” screen.

AI Interview Results

Where can I check the results?

You can check your scores, comments, and videos on the “Candidate Management” page.

Can I change the rating scale (1 to 5 stars)?

It can be customized for each company.

Can I download the candidate videos?

For security reasons, they cannot be downloaded. You can always review them on the details screen for each candidate.

Job Posting Management

How do I register a new job posting?

You can register by entering various information from “Job Management” → “Job List/Job Registration”.

I want to keep my job posting private.

You can make your job posting public or private at any time by clicking the button to the left of each job posting on the “Job List/Job Registration” screen.

Are job listings available in multiple languages?

Only Japanese and English are supported.

Candidate Management

Can I register candidates in bulk?

You can upload in bulk from a CSV or Excel file.

What if I want to resend the AI ​​interview to a candidate?

Please resend using the URL issue button on the “Job Listing” screen.
*If it does not work properly, please contact support.

Data Protection & Security

How long will the AI ​​interview data be stored?

Your data will be stored for one year from the date of last use. If you wish to extend this period, please contact support.

What security measures does HeyJob have?

We encrypt communications and store data separately.

I want to suspend the account of a former employee.

You can disable the target account from “Member Management”. The deactivation will take effect immediately.

System Integrations

Can I integrate with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?

We are currently working on linking with major ATSs. Please contact support for details.

Is it possible to integrate API with our company’s system?

We can provide an API as a paid option. If you wish to use this service, please contact our support team.

Troubleshooting

The AI ​​interview stopped midway.

Please check your internet connection and try opening the URL again. It will automatically resume from where it left off.

Candidates say they can’t take the AI ​​interview.

Please check your browser settings for camera and microphone, and we recommend using a PC.

The video cannot be played.

This may be a temporary communication error. Please reload the page or try using a different browser.

Account Deletion

I want to delete my account.

You can apply for deletion by going to “Settings” → “Account Deletion.” All data will be deleted after deletion.
