Final hiring decisions are made by the Hiring Company.

Information provided by the User through the Service may be shared with the Hiring Company conducting the recruitment process.
The Hiring Company may use such information solely for recruitment and hiring evaluation purposes.
6. Third-Party Disclosure

- With the User’s consent
- When providing recruitment information to Hiring Companies
- When outsourcing operations necessary to run the Service
