About HeyJob

HeyJob AI, Inc. was founded in the United States in August 2025 to address global challenges in hiring—namely inefficiency in recruitment processes and ongoing labor shortages.

Founder Shinpei Yamamoto, drawing on extensive experience in recruitment, hiring support, and AI implementation, recognized that the interview process remains one of the most subjective and inefficient parts of hiring. He set out to transform this process through technology.

Today, HeyJob is expanding as a global business, beginning in the United States and Japan.

What is the AI Interview “HeyJob”?

HeyJob is a SaaS-based AI interview platform that significantly improves the efficiency of interviews, evaluations, and hiring decisions through AI.

Companies can fairly evaluate large volumes of candidates in a short time, while candidates can complete interviews anytime and anywhere without scheduling constraints.

Beyond simple automation, HeyJob aims to improve both the quality and speed of hiring decisions. In the future, the platform will expand beyond recruitment into areas such as employee retention and workforce optimization.

In the same way, what if saying “Hey! Job!” could help anyone connect with new opportunities more easily and more quickly?

As the first step toward realizing that vision, we are working to reinvent the hiring process.

HeyJob was created to solve these challenges through technology. By leveraging AI, we aim to improve both the speed and fairness of hiring, allowing companies to focus on the decisions that truly matter.
