HeyJob AI, Inc. was founded in the United States in August 2025 to address the global challenges of inefficiency and talent shortages in the hiring process.
Its founder, Shimpei Yamamoto, decided to apply technology to one of the most subjective and inefficient stages of recruitment—interviews—drawing on his extensive hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment support, and AI utilization.
Today, HeyJob AI operates as a global business, starting with the United States.

HeyJob is a SaaS-based AI interview platform that significantly streamlines interviews, evaluations, and hiring decisions through AI.
Companies can fairly assess a large number of candidates in a short time, while candidates can take interviews anytime, anywhere.
Beyond simple automation, HeyJob aims to improve both the quality and speed of hiring, with future expansion into employee retention and talent utilization.

I believe that hiring should be a process for accurately identifying people’s true potential.
However, in reality, recruitment is still heavily influenced by time constraints, limited resources, and the subjective judgment of interviewers. As a result, inefficiency persists, and many valuable employment opportunities are lost.
Through many years of working in talent acquisition, recruitment support, and the practical use of AI, I have repeatedly witnessed how the interview process in particular becomes highly individualized. It places a significant burden on both companies and candidates, and I strongly felt that this was a challenge that should be solved through technology.
Today, simply saying “Alexa” or “Hey Google” makes our daily lives effortlessly more convenient.
In the same way, I believe the distance between people and work should be closer and simpler.
By saying “Hey! Job!”, anyone should be able to connect with job opportunities easily and quickly. That vision led me to focus first on improving the efficiency of the hiring process.
HeyJob was born from this belief.
By leveraging AI, I aim to enhance both the speed and fairness of hiring, enabling companies to concentrate on the decisions that truly matter.
Creating a world where people are fairly evaluated based on their abilities and potential—regardless of country or circumstances—is the vision I have embedded in HeyJob.
