“HeyJob” is an AI interview support system for companies, providing:
- AI‑based analysis of candidate answers and report generation
- Recording of candidate video/audio responses
- Candidate tracking and selection workflow support
- Automation features to streamline hiring processes
■ Service Onboarding
- Use begins when a company submits the required application and HeyJob AI, Inc. approves it.
■ Fees
- Monthly or annual subscription fees apply based on the selected plan.
- Service may be suspended in case of unpaid invoices.
■ Handling of Data
- Candidate data (video, audio, text responses, etc.) is processed under the company’s instruction.
- Anonymized data may be used for service improvement.
- Data is deleted after a defined retention period following contract termination.
■ Notes on AI Usage
- AI analysis results are supplementary evaluation information.
- Final hiring decisions must always be made by the company.
- Use of AI results for discriminatory or unfair screening is prohibited.
■ Prohibited Activities
- Violation of laws
- Sharing accounts with third parties
- Reverse engineering the system
- Excessive load on system infrastructure
■ Handling of Company Information
- Information obtained from company interviews, job descriptions, hiring criteria, and other company‑specific details are treated as confidential and strictly managed.
■ Confidentiality (NDA Equivalent)
- Both parties must not disclose any business information, candidate information, job data, or other confidential information.
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect for 3 years after contract termination.
■ Disclaimer
- The service is provided “as is” with no warranty of completeness or accuracy.
- We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or related damages.
- Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent 3 months.
■ Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Governed by the laws of Japan.
- Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
